About Us

Our Primary Purpose

Dogwood Capital Advisors was launched in 2022 with the goal of delivering customized solutions to help meet our clients' financial needs. For decades the financial industry has delivered great results for the largest institutions and wealthiest individuals, and subpar results for many other investors. Many financial advisors today use generic management strategies that are costly to clients and reward advisors for average client outcomes. After more than a decade in this industry, Justin Purvis created Dogwood Capital as a firm where customized strategies are the standard. We avoid solutions that have high commissions, limited liquidity, and other restrictions that are still common to the industry.

Dogwood Capital Financial Advisors strive to deliver our proven strategies in the following areas:

  • Financial Planning
  • Asset Management
  • Retirement Strategies
  • Risk Management
  • Legacy Planning
  • Succession Planning
  • Corporate Retirement Plans

Knowledge is power.

It’s also the foundation for intelligent, well-considered decisions. When you have retirement in sight, sound decisions are vital in helping you pursue your goals and avoid costly mistakes that can impact your future. For many, understanding every aspect of personal finance can be daunting. From investments to retirement to insurance, the decisions can be overwhelming.

Client Centered

As financial advisors, we are committed to helping people just like you create solutions for their retirement assets. Once we understand your risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals, we'll work to develop a program that carefully balances investment strategies with preserving principal.

Today’s economic environment brings challenges. But along with challenges come opportunities and potential rewards. We work closely with our clients to evaluate those opportunities and reap those rewards.
